Day 5- Class on Warriors

Our last class was on being warriors and how to use their spiritual weapons. After this class was done each of the kids went through an obstacle course representing life where there were things in their way trying to stop them from reaching their goal. At the end was a Lord and Lady who dubbed them knights and warriors of the Realm. They each received a knights "chest" ( envelope) with everything a Knight needs, a key on fighting, a picture of the Warrior Lord Jesus, a key ring with spirit helpers, a prayer list and a PnP book with a pencil.

Day 4 class- Why school

Again , these are just a few parts of the class...taught by Simon. To go along with the class the kids got coloring/reading pages for QT on Why scholastics from the GEN-UPS. There were also funny but lesson filled clips from Veggie tales on sticking and one from Pinocchio.

These are just a few slides from the class, a little sample of the topics we touched on. The class was ended with a witnessing prayer, here is a part of it:

"I call on the keys of witness‚ which will enable me to preach Your Word with boldness. I claim Holy Spirit power so that, like Peter and the disciples spoke boldly with no fear on the day of Pentecost‚ so Your Words will flow through me. I claim the keys of faith and boldness to empower my words, to make them Your Words, so that people will know and sense that I have been with You, and so that they will feel Your Spirit, that You will touch them through me."

Class one-Etiquette

Todays class was on Etiquette, what it means, why we need it and how it all comes down to having love for one another. We touched on loving communications, affection, appreciation, Table manners and Sports Etiquette.

We got a visit from Sergent David( Andrew Green eyes), private sloppy( Jamie) and private spacey( Andre). Sergent David gave the privates a talk on being sharp in the spirit and taking care of their bodies.

Five kids from the audience got up and inspected the two privates. To help the privates in get over their weaknesses they handed "spacey" a weapon to help him focus and to "Sloppy" they gave him a spirit helper to help him excercise and clean up his act. The happy ending is that Private"spacey" through using his weapon became an excellent "focusser" ( no that is not a real word) and "sloppy" got clean and lost his belly.TYL :-)
